Purchasing

We want you to be happy with and enjoy your purchase from us. If you have any comments or suggestions, please contact us at theshop@moonstoneyarns.co.uk or telephone us on 01582 883176.

You can pay securely using paypal and we must stress that you do not need a paypal account to do this as you can pay by credit card. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or telephone your order, we are happy for you to do this, just phone the above number. You may send your credit card details via the internet, phone or post, however this is at your own risk.

We aim to despatch you order within two working days, if for any reason we do not have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to order it from our supplier, substitute the item for another or alternatively offer a refund. We will not charge any extra postage if you choose to go ahead with your order and it will be posted as soon as we receive it from our supplier.

Returns

You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of receipt of your goods. If you choose to do so please can you contact us by email. If you wish to cancel your order, providing that the goods are unopened, unused and in a saleable condition we will refund your purchase excluding postage. If your purchase was made by credit card, the refund will be to the original card. All other methods of payment will be refunded by cheque within 30 days of receipt of the goods. We recommend that you ensure the goods are securely wrapped and return by recorded delivery, registered post or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of postage and the cost of returning the item will be borne by yourself.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged when you receive it, please contact us within seven days and we will dispatch any damaged items on receipt back to us.
